Forklift Operator: Note general vehicle condition. Clear away all collected debris. Check for mechanical damage and loose or leaking components. Immediately notify management of all deficiencies.

Before starting the engine, please check the following:

Air cleaner
Radiator (check coolant level)
Hydraulic Tank (check oil level & for leaks)
Fuel Tank (secure, valve open & fuel level)
Overhead Guard (no damage)
Seat belt
Other (loose, damaged or missing parts)

Hydraulic Lines/Cylinders (leaks) -- (*DANGER: Hydraulic injection injury may occur. If you see a leaking hydraulic line DO NOT touch. Visual inspections only.)

Load Backrest/Forks
